Our take
I would book Le Grande Bali if you want a large Uluwatu hotel with more facilities than most: an outdoor pool, spa, tennis court, barbecue area and business centre, plus free high-speed WiFi. Spacious rooms come with a balcony or terrace. The 7.9 rating across 2,421 reviews is modest for a five-star hotel, so travellers expecting flawless luxury service should compare it with higher-rated options nearby.
- ✓Make sure to explore the spa for a relaxing treatment after a day of activities.
- ✓Take advantage of the tennis court if you enjoy staying active during your holiday.
- ✓Consider using the barbecue facilities for a casual, enjoyable meal with family or friends.
Why we love it
- The large outdoor pool for all ages
- A dedicated spa for relaxation and wellness
- Tennis court for active guests
- Spacious rooms with private balconies
Why guests love itLe Grande Bali gives families plenty of space in Uluwatu: rooms are spacious, each with a balcony or terrace, and tea and coffee facilities help with early starts. The outdoor pool is the main draw for children, while the tennis court and barbecue facilities add options for active families or groups. Parents can book the spa. Its 7.9 score from 2,421 reviews is below what the five-star label suggests, so I would choose it for the facilities rather than for polish.
